Rectifier Bridge Modules
A large selection of three phase rectifier bridge modules offering advanced power cycling, very low forward voltage drop and low leakage current.
Rectifier Bridge Modules
A rectifier bridge module is used to convert current from AC to DC. These devices are built out of four or more diodes that are arranged in a specific configuration and are often referred to as bridge rectifier modules, bridge rectifiers or rectifier bridges.

IXYS Rectifier Bridge Modules
IXYS manufacture a range of single phase rectifiers that are available with standard diodes ranging from 18 to 174A, Super Fast Recovery Diodes (FRDs) ranging from 19 to 100A and avalanche diodes ranging from 18 to 38A. IXYS also manufacture full and half controlled single phase bridge rectifiers ranging from 15 to 123A. The full and half controlled rectifiers are available with free wheel diodes built into the module.
The three phase bridges are also available with similar ratings and configurations although the current ratings for the standard rectifiers can be as high as 248A. IXYS also manufacture some three phase bridges with IGBT and fast diodes for break units.
Alongside the single and three phase bridges that are available, IXYS also produce a range of AC controllers. The AC controllers are available in a range from 54 to 230A as discrete, single phase and three phase controllers.
